BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS 1997 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS 2002;
BASED ON DECREE 161/CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY'S AGENCIES AND UNITS, AND RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
