CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing the list, quality standards, and conditions for mineral exports promulgated together with Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BCN dated April 14, 2006 of the Ministry of Industry guiding mineral exports

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Trade regarding international trade activities and foreign-related agency purchase, sale, processing, and transit goods;

Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legislative Regulatory Documents dated November 12, 1996; and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enactment of Legislative Regulatory Documents dated December 16, 2002;

The Ministry of Industry amends Point 6 and supplements Point 22 in the List, Quality Standards, and Conditions for Mineral Exports promulgated together with Circular No. 02/2006/TT-BCN dated April 14, 2006 guiding mineral exports as follows:
