THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 258/2005/QD-TTg dated October 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the establishment and stipulation of the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Electricity Regulatory Agency under the Ministry of Industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Agency.
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and Supplementing Point a Clause 2 Article 23 Provisions on conditions, procedures, and formalities for issuing, amending, supplementing, revoking, and managing the use of power business licenses issued pursuant to Decision No. 32/2006/QD-BCT dated September 6, 2006 as follows:
"Investment consulting and construction supervision for transmission lines and transformer stations with voltage levels from 35kV and below registered for business at local level"
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies under the Ministry, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and individuals engaged in electricity activities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
