Decision No. 09/2007/QĐ-BNV on issuing the professional standards for the ranks of civil servants in the Physical Education and Sports sector

Regarding the issuance of vocational standards for various ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector

Pursuant to the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Civil Servants Ordinance 2003;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 116/2003/NĐ-CP dated October 10, 2003 on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants in state-run units;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

In accordance with the proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism at Circular No. 16/TTr-BVHTTDL dated September 25, 2007 and the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. Now hereby promulgates the vocational standards for various ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector (attached with the vocational standards), including:

1. Senior Coach - Rank Code 18.179

2. Principal Coach - Rank Code 18.180

3. Coach - Rank Code 18.181

4. Instructor - Rank Code 18.182.

Article 2. The vocational standards for various ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector serve as the basis for implementing recruitment, utilization, and management of the civil servant workforce in this sector.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. This Decision replaces Decision No. 408/TCCP-VC dated May 29, 1993 of the Minister - Head of the Organization and Cadres Department of the Government (now the Minister of Home Affairs) on the issuance of vocational standards for various ranks of civil servants in the Physical Culture and Sports sector.

Article 5. The Minister, heads of ministries equivalent to ministries, heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
