Regarding the approval of the supplementary National Trade Promotion Program for 2007

MINISTER OF TRADE

WHEREAS, Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

WHEREAS, Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister promulgates the Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010;

WHEREAS, Circular No. 950/VPCP-KTTH dated February 15, 2007 of the Government Office regarding support for the National Trade Promotion Program 2006-2010;

In accordance with the proposal of the Chairman of the Program Review Board for the National Trade Promotion Program;

Article 1. Approves the project "National Trade Promotion Program through Television Media" led by the Trade Promotion Agency to be added to the National Trade Promotion Program for 2007. Specifically:

- Duration: 2007 - Total implementation budget: VND 2.59 billion, of which the State will cover 100% of the budget.

Article 2. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing the approved projects in accordance with the objectives, contents, schedules, and ensuring effectiveness.

Article 3. The Trade Promotion Agency shall be responsible for implementing the reporting and settlement system for the program's implementation in accordance with the Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the National Trade Promotion Program for the period 2006-2010 issued together with Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister.

Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 5. The Director of the Trade Promotion Agency is responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
