REGARDING THE SUPPLEMENTATION OF POINT 4 OF ANNEX 3 REGULATING THE BANK CODE SYSTEM USED IN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM AS ISSUED BY DECISION NO. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON JANUARY 18, 2006

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Organizations 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Organizations 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. To supplement the bank code for the Vietnam-Russia Joint Stock Commercial Bank in Point 4 of Annex 3 regulating the bank code system used in payment transactions through the State Bank of Vietnam as issued by Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on January 18, 2006, as follows:

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from March 19, 2007.

Article 3The Heads of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank Branches, the Directors of the State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally administered cities, and the Chairmen of the Management Boards and General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
