BASED ON Decree No. 189/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
BASED ON Decision No. 224/2006/QĐ-TTg dated October 6, 2007 of the Prime Minister promulgating regulations on supervision and assessment of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprise operations;
BASED ON Circular No. 115/2007/TT-BTC dated September 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain contents regarding supervision and assessment of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprise operations;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION are the regulations on the organization of inspection, supervision and assessment of the effectiveness of operations of Groups, State Enterprise Corporations, and Companies under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 10/2007/BCN-TCKT dated February 7, 2007 of the Minister of Industry promulgating regulations on the organization of inspection, supervision and assessment of the effectiveness of operations of Groups, State Enterprise Corporations, and Companies under the Ministry of Industry.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspectorate of the Ministry, the Directors of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus, the Boards of Directors, General Directors of Groups and State Enterprise Corporations, and the Directors of companies under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
