ON THE BASIS OF THE LEGISLATION ACT ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN 1997 AND THE AMENDMENT LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LEGISLATION ACT ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS IN 2002;
ON THE BASIS OF DECREE NO. 161/2005/ND-CP DATED DECEMBER 27, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LEGISLATION ACT ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND THE AMENDMENT LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LEGISLATION ACT ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
ON THE BASIS OF DECREE NO. 135/2003/ND-CP DATED NOVEMBER 14, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT ON INSPECTION AND HANDLING OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SURVEY AND QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS.
DECISION:
Article 1. ABOLISH DECISION NO. 4391/2002/QD-BGTVT DATED DECEMBER 27, 2002 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION REGARDING THE REGULATIONS ON RESPONSIBILITIES AND FORMS OF HANDLING FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO VIOLATE MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY ASSURANCE OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S AUDIT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S AGENCIES, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, THE HEADS OF THE AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
