Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

Article 1.
The Principles and Procedures for Developing and Enforcing National Occupational Skill Standards are hereby issued together with this Decision.Article 2.
The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.Article 3.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Leaders of central agencies of political-social organizations; Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government; Directors of the Office of the Ministry, the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration, Directors of Provincial Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.Tải văn bản
