Issuing Professional Ethics Rules for Legal Aid

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Legal Aid Law on June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 12, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Legal Aid Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Aid Agency.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued with this Decision are the "Professional Rules for Legal Aid".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Legal Aid Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Justice Departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of State Legal Aid Centers, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
