THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, and the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, as per Document No. 322/VKH-VNCCB dated March 2, 2008.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Vietnamese Construction Technical Regulation QCXDVN 05:2008/BXD "Residential Buildings and Public Facilities - Safety of Life and Health" is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
