Circular No. 09/2010/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the framework program for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level for certain artistic trades.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability:

This Circular stipulates the framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications to be applied to public and private vocational training institutions (hereinafter referred to as Training Institutions) that have registered to provide vocational training for the occupations specified in this Circular; the framework programs for intermediate vocational qualifications and higher vocational qualifications stipulated in this Circular are not mandatory for vocational training institutions with foreign investment capital.

Article 2. The framework program prescribed in this Circular includes:

1. The framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications for the occupation "Casting and Engraving Decorative Bronze" (Annex 1);

2. The framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications for the occupation "Ceramic Art Objects" (Annex 2);

3. The framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher vocational qualifications for the occupation "Stone Carving" (Annex 3).

Article 3. Responsibilities for Developing Vocational Training Programs:

Based on the provisions of this Circular, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, and specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to provide vocational training for the occupations specified in this Circular shall organize the development, review, and approval of their vocational training programs.

Article 4. Implementation provisions:

1. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature;

2. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial people's committees, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to provide intermediate vocational qualifications and higher vocational qualifications for the occupations specified in this Circular, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
