BISSUING REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR ACCESS TO LEGAL SYSTEMS BY CITIZENS AT LOCAL LEVELS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on State Budget dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated November 26, 2003;

WHEREAS, Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Encouragement of Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;

TO IMPLEMENT Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 3, 2012 of the Government on major measures to guide and implement the socio-economic development plan and state budget estimate for 2012;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT DECIDES TO ISSUE REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR ACCESS TO LEGAL SYSTEMS BY CITIZENS AT LOCAL LEVELS.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR ACCESS TO LEGAL SYSTEMS BY CITIZENS AT LOCAL LEVELS.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 31, 2013.

Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION./.
