Issuing National Technical Regulations on vehicle weight inspection stations

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

On the basis of Decree No. 86/2012/NĐ-CP dated October 19, 2012, issued by the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Metrology Law;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF VIETNAM TRAFFIC POLICE CORPS;

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on vehicle weight inspection stations,

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the "National Technical Regulations on vehicle weight inspection stations" - Number: QCVN 66:2013/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 6, 2013.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
