Issuing a revised and supplemented list of products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance; and Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby promulgates the revised and supplemented list of products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the revised and supplemented list of products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam, including:
1. List of additional products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Annex 1);
2. List of amendments to the names and addresses of manufacturers and importers in the lists of products permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Annex 2);
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from March 16, 2013.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Fisheries General Department, Heads of units under the Ministry, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations, and individuals related to the production, business operation, and use of products for processing and improving aquatic farming environments are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
