Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure organization of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2008/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated September 6, the 2008 of the Minister of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level;
Upon the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
The Minister of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for 04 occupations belonging to the group of occupations Business and Management as follows:
Article 1. This Circular hereby attaches the framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for the following occupations: Marketing trade; Financial credit; Corporate finance; Operation management of hydraulic works, to be applied to vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, and public and private specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to conduct vocational training for these occupations (hereinafter referred to collectively as vocational training institutions), but not mandatorily applicable to vocational training institutions with foreign investment capital.
1. The framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for the occupation "Marketing trade" (Annex 1).
2. The framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for the occupation "Financial credit" (Annex 2).
3. The framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for the occupation "Corporate finance" (Annex 3).
4. The framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level for the occupation "Operation management of hydraulic works" (Annex 4).
Article 2. Based on the provisions of this Circular, the directors of vocational training institutions that have registered to conduct vocational training for the occupations specified in this Circular shall organize the development, review, and approve the vocational training programs of their institutions.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from July 12, 2014.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational training institutions that have registered to conduct intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level training for the 04 occupations specified in this Circular, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
