CIRCULAR
on National Technical Regulations for Firefighting Water Pumps
(Forest Firefighting Equipment Sets) in State Reserve
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on State Reserve No. 22/2012/QH13 dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on State Reserve;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director General of the State Treasury General;
The Minister of Finance issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations for Firefighting Water Pumps (Forest Firefighting Equipment Sets) in State Reserve.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular are National Technical Regulations for Firefighting Water Pumps (Forest Firefighting Equipment Sets) in State Reserve.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 10, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 41/2010/TT-BTC dated March 25, 2010 of the Minister of Finance on National Technical Regulations for State Reserve Firefighting Water Pumps.
Article 3. The Director General of the State Treasury General, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the activities of receipt and delivery (import, export), storage, and management of Firefighting Water Pumps (Forest Firefighting Equipment Sets) in State Reserve shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
