CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Inland Container Depots

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government regarding investment in construction and management of inland container depots;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on Inland Container Depots.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on Inland Container Depots - Registration Code: QCVN 108:2021/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 1, 2021.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
