CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE ARMED FORCES
at training facilities in the Military
Pursuant to the Higher Education Law dated June 18, 2012; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Higher Education Law dated November 19, 2018;
Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 151/2017/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED DECEMBER 26, 2017 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF STATE ASSETS;
Based on Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Chief of General Staff;
THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE ARMED FORCES.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT AT EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE ARMED FORCES.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 1, 2021 AND REPLACE THE DECISION NO. 24/2008/QĐ-BQP OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE DATED FEBRUARY 29, 2008 ON THE REGULATIONS ON MANAGEMENT AND USE OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT IN MILITARY SCHOOLS.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE GENERAL STAFF, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS, UNITS, AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE ARMED FORCES, AND RELATED INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING AND ENSURING STRICT, ACCURATE, AND EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS.
