AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN ARTICLES OF CIRCULAR NO. 14/2013/TT-BYT DATED MAY 6, 2013 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF HEALTH ON GUIDELINES FOR HEALTH CHECK-UPS
GUIDELINES FOR HEALTH CHECK-UPS
Pursuant to the Labor Safety and Health Law No. 84/2015/QH13 dated June 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Labor Code No. 45/2019/QH14 dated November 20, 2019;
Pursuant to Decree No. 145/2020/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code on labor conditions and labor relations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health and the Director General of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment;
The Minister of Health issues this Circular amending and supplementing certain articles of Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013 issued by the Minister of Health on Guidelines for Health Check-ups.
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain articles and Appendices of Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013 issued by the Minister of Health on Guidelines for Health Check-ups
1. Amend Point a Clause 4 Article 4 as follows:
"a) The regular health check-up record according to the model prescribed in Appendix 3a attached hereto."
2. Amend and supplement Clause 3 Article 6 as follows:
"3. For regular health check-ups: Examine according to the contents recorded in the regular health check-up record prescribed in Appendix 3a attached hereto.
For female workers, during regular health check-ups, they shall be examined in obstetrics and gynecology according to the list prescribed in Appendix 3b attached hereto."
Article 2. Effective Date
1. This Circular takes effect from June 20, 2023.
2. Appendix 3a of this Circular replaces Appendix 3 of Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013 issued by the Minister of Health on Guidelines for Health Check-ups.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
1. The Director of the Department of Maternal and Child Health, the Director General of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment, the Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Health, the Directors of Provincial Health Departments under central cities and provinces, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. In the process of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Health (Department of Maternal and Child Health; Department of Medical Examination and Treatment) for consideration and resolution./.
