ORDER OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the promulgation of the Ordinance.
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM YEAR
WHEREAS EDUCATION pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992,
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly,
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Legislative Acts;
NOW PROMULGATE:
An Ordinance amending Article 18 of the Ordinance on the organization of the Military Court
