THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
第二段基于1989年12月11日政府第196号决定，规定各部的任务、权限和国家管理责任。
Pursuant to Decision No. 07/HĐBT dated January 4, 1990 of the Council of Ministers on the establishment of the State Treasury system under the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance (hereinafter referred to as the State Treasury) is hereby established.
Article 2. The State Treasury is a public service organization within the state finance-credit-insurance sector, having its own account and seal.
The tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Treasury under the Ministry of Finance will be specified in another document.
Article 3. The Director of the State Treasury, the Director of the Personnel Department, the heads of units under the Ministry, and the Director of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this decision.
