DECREE-LAW
NO. 90/SL OF OCTOBER 22, 1958
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 254-SL of November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 041-SL of August 30, 1957 appointing Mr. Tran Cung as Vice Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS;
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Mr. Tran Cung is relieved from his position as Vice Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region to take up other duties.
Article 2: The Minister of Internal Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
