DECREE-LAW
NO. 92/SL DATED November 24, 1958
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 198-SL dated June 13, 1948 established procedures for setting up or modifying the administrative boundaries of Anti-French Resistance Administrative Units;
WHEREAS The Council of Ministers' Resolution dated March 26, 1958 aimed to improve the organizational structure of state apparatus;
WHEREAS Law No. 110-SL/L12 dated May 31, 1958 on local government organization;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: The administrative levels of the North-Western Region (Liên khu 3), the Central Region (Liên khu 4), and the Left Bank Area (khu Tả Ngạn) are hereby abolished as of December 1, 1958.
Article 2: The Prime Minister is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
