NO. 93/SL OF DECEMBER 1, 1958
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 254-SL of November 19, 1948 established the local people's administration;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 014-SL of April 6, 1957 appointed Mr. Trinh Dinh Cuong and Mr. Bui Cong Bang as members of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 092-SL of November 24, 1958 abolished the administrative level of the Left Bank Region;
UPON THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: Mr. Trinh Dinh Cuong and Mr. Bui Cong Bang are relieved of their duties as members of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region to take up other assignments.
Article 2 The Minister of Interior is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
