DECREE-LAW
NO. 94/SL OF DECEMBER 1, 1958
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 254-SL of November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 227-SL of April 29, 1955 appointing Mr. Bui Thuy as a member of the Administrative Committee of Hong Quang Region;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Mr. Bui Thuy is relieved from his position as a member of the Administrative Committee of Hong Quang Region to take up other duties.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
