DECREE-LAW
NO. 95/SL OF DECEMBER 1, 1958
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 254-SL of November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 228-SL of April 29, 1955 appointing Mr. Hoang Phuong Thao as a member of the Administrative Committee of the Fourth Combined Region;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 092-SL of November 24, 1958 abolishing the administrative level of the Fourth Combined Region;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1: Mr. Hoang Phuong Thao is relieved from his position as a member of the Administrative Committee of the Fourth Combined Region to take up other duties.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
