OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 1/SL DATED JANUARY 1, 1951
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254 - SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127 - SL dated November 4, 1949 establishing the North Vietnam Administrative Region;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150 - SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the management authority of the Minister of Interior over People's Committees at all levels;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 147 - SL dated October 10, 1950 increasing the number of members of the People's Committee of North Vietnam Administrative Region and provinces;
Based on the proposal of the Minister of Interior;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Mr. Tran Minh Tuyeu is hereby appointed as a member of the People's Committee of North Vietnam Administrative Region.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
