DECREE

Regarding the supplementation of Decree No. 195/CP, dated December 31, 1994, of the Government

detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code

concerning working hours and rest time

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Based on the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994;

At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs,

DECREE:

Article 1. Supplement Article 12 of Decree No. 195/CP, dated December 31, 1994, of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Labor Code concerning working hours and rest time as follows:

"Seasonal production activities and export processing work based on orders are special types of work."

Article 2. The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs shall coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors to specify working hours and rest periods for workers engaged in the activities mentioned in Article 1 of this Decree.

Article 3. This Decree takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of provincial people's committees under the central government, and the aforementioned agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
