THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;
Following the comments of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 4208/GTVT-TCKT dated December 23, 1998);
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.

Article 1. This Decision annexes the table setting forth the fee rates for the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B.
Article 2. Object to collect, organization of collection, payment and management The management and use of funds from the fees for the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B shall be carried out in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to collect fees for the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
