BASED ON DECREE NO. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 4208/GTVT-TCKT dated December 23, 1998);
Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Taxation.

Article 1. The fee collection rate table for the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B is attached to this Decision.
Article 2. The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, submission, and management and use of the bridge usage fees for the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of national road bridge tolls and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of the Nguyen Van Troi Bridge - National Route 14B tolls, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
