THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;

Pursuant to Circular No. 10/CP-ĐMDN dated January 31, 2000 of the Prime Minister authorizing the Minister of Industry to decide on the establishment of Ialy Hydropower Plant;

Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation (Proposal No. 339 EVN/HĐQT/TCCB.LĐ dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

Article 1. Establish Ialy Hydropower Plant under Vietnam Electricity Corporation.

Ialy Hydropower Plant is a dependent accounting unit of the Corporation, having a bank account and a seal for transactions in accordance with state regulations.

- International trade name: Ialy Hydro Power Plant, abbreviated as: HPP

- Main office located at: Iamnong Commune, Chu Pah District, Gia Lai Province.

Article 2. Business fields:

- Managing, operating, and producing electric power;

- Repairing, maintaining, overhauling, renovating, and upgrading equipment and facilities of the plant.

 Registered capital: 8,876,704,000 VND

Article 3. Ialy Hydropower Plant shall be responsible for completing business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Plant Charter approved by the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Corporation and other relevant laws.

Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature;

The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Functional Departments, Heads of Specialized Management Agencies under the Ministry, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Director of Ialy Hydropower Plant, Director of Ialy Hydropower Project Management Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
