Regarding supplementing business activities for the Salt Corporation

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Salt Corporation in the report No. 21/TCTM-TC dated January 17, 2000, and the recommendation of the Director of the Personnel-Organizational Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. - The Salt Corporation under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall now have its business activities supplemented as follows:

- Engaging in housing business.

Article 2. - The General Director of the Salt Corporation is responsible for registering business operations in accordance with current national regulations and conducting activities in compliance with the law.

Article 3. - The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Personnel-Organizational Department, the heads of relevant functional agencies under the Ministry, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Salt Corporation are responsible for implementing this decision.
