Decision No. 10/2002/QD-BCN on issuing the Unit Price for Specialized Coal Exploration Surveys

DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Regarding the issuance of Survey and Exploration Unit Prices for the Coal Industry 

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the "Investment and Construction Management Regulations" issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/ND-CP dated July 8, 1999, and amended and supplemented by Decree No. 12/2000/ND-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government;

Based on the "Survey and Exploration Cost Standards for the Coal Industry" issued by Decision No. 09/2002/QD-BCN dated January 28, 2002 of the Ministry of Industry;

Following the agreement reached with the Ministry of Construction regarding the issuance of Survey and Exploration Cost Standards and Unit Prices for the Coal Industry (Document No. 110/BXD-VKT dated January 22, 2002 of the Ministry of Construction);

Delegating the Management Boards of High-Tech Zones in provinces and centrally governed cities the authority to approve plans for importing finished products to combine with export products and to approve the liquidation of machinery, equipment, transportation means, materials, and raw materials of joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises, export processing enterprises, and contractual joint ventures under the management of the delegated authority.

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the "Survey and Exploration Unit Prices for the Coal Industry".

Article 2. The Survey and Exploration Unit Prices for the Coal Industry shall be used for annual investment planning and capital management; for budget preparation and settlement of completed volumes from the fourth quarter of 2001 onwards, and shall replace the set of Unit Prices for geological works issued by Resolution No. 193/NL-XDCB dated March 27, 1995 of the Ministry of Energy (now the Ministry of Industry).

The Vietnam National Coal Corporation shall organize monitoring, inspection, and provide evaluation and summary reports to the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Construction within one year of implementing these Unit Prices.

Article 3. The Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam National Coal Corporation, and related units are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
