Regarding the promulgation of the Ordinance on Preventing and Combating Prostitution

Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session; Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on the Organization NOW PROMULGATE
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents,
NOW PROMULGATES:
The Ordinance on Preventing and Combating Prostitution
Has been Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).approved by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, tenth term XII adopted on March 17, 2003./.
