Regarding the issuance of minimum standard equipment sets for teaching national defense education courses subjects
at high schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 12/2000/QD-BGD&ĐT dated May 9, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the curriculum for national defense education courses at high schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of National Defense Education,
Issued herewith with this Decision are the minimum standard equipment sets for teaching national defense education courses at high schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges.
DECISION:
Article 1. Educational management agencies shall base themselves on the approved minimum standard equipment sets for teaching national defense education courses under this Decision to inspect and direct the process of purchasing and investing in teaching equipment to ensure quality and compliance with the content of the curriculum, materials, textbooks, and teaching guides.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Departments of National Defense Education, Higher Education and Postgraduate Education, Planning and Finance, Vocational Education, Secondary Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Principals of institutions specified in Article 1, and Directors of national defense education centers are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Department of National Defense Education, the Department of Higher Education and Postgraduate Education, the Department of Planning and Finance, the Department of Vocational Education, the Department of Secondary Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Directors of Departments of Education and Training, the Principals of schools specified in Article 1, and the Directors of national defense education centers shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
