Decision No. 10/2005/QĐ-BGDĐT On issuing minimum teaching equipment standards for national defense education courses in secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges

DECISION

OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Regarding the issuance of minimum standard equipment sets for national defense education courses in secondary schools, vocational high schools,universities and colleges 

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decision No. 12/2000/QD-BGD&ĐT dated May 9, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the curriculum for national defense education courses in secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges;

Based on the proposal by the Director of the Department of National Defense Education,

DECISION:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the minimum standard equipment sets for national defense education courses in secondary schools, vocational high schools, universities, and colleges.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Educational management agencies shall base their inspections and directives on the approved minimum standard equipment sets for national defense education courses to ensure quality and compliance with the curriculum content, teaching materials, textbooks, and schoolbooks.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, Directors of the Departments of National Defense Education, Higher Education and Postgraduate Studies, Planning and Finance, Vocational Education, Secondary Education, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, directors of provincial education departments, principals of schools specified in Article 1, and directors of national defense education centers shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
