DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Regarding the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Planning and Adjusting Land Use Plans

and Programs

MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 181/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 29, 2004 of the Government on the implementation of the Land Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 04/2005/QĐ-BTNMT dated June 30, 2005 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the issuance of Regulations on Planning and Adjusting Land Use Plans;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance and the Director of the Legal Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Economic and Technical Standards for Planning and Adjusting Land Use Plans attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 657/QĐ-ĐC dated October 28, 1995 of the General Department of Land Administration on the temporary issuance of labor norms and prices for land survey, planning, and program use.

Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under central cities and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
