THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

WHEREAS, the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002;

WHEREAS, the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;

WHEREAS, Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Science and Technology for Transportation, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Industry Standard "Laboratory Testing Procedure for Determining the CBR Index of Soil and Crushed Stone" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Science and Technology for Transportation, the Directors of the Departments of Transport, Public Works, and Heads of related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
