MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the Plan for Thoroughly Addressing Severe Environmental Pollution Caused by Polluting Facilities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Certification of Polluting Facilities that Have Completed Thorough Remediation According to Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTg dated April 22, 2003 of the Prime Minister on Approving the Plan for Thoroughly Addressing Severe Environmental Pollution Caused by Polluting Facilities are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 19/2003/QD-BTNMT dated December 30, 2003 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issuing Regulations on Procedures and Formalities for Certification of Polluting Facilities that Have Completed Thorough Remediation Measures According to Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTg.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
