Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2005/ND-CP dated October 20, 2005 of the Government on the Implementation of Rights and Obligations of State Owners towards State-Owned Enterprises;

Pursuant to Decision No. 224/2006/QD-TTg dated October 6, 2006 of the Prime Minister regarding the issuance of Regulations on Supervision and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of State-Owned Enterprise Operations.

Article 1. These Regulations on the Organization for Inspection, Supervision, and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Operations of Groups, Corporations, and Companies under the Ministry of Industry are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Bureaus, Councils of Management, General Directors, Groups, Corporations, and Directors of companies under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
