DECISION

Announce the implementation schedule for trading activities and related activities directly associated with trading activities.

MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2006/QH11 of the National Assembly dated November 29, 2006 approving the Protocol on Vietnam's accession to the World Trade Organization;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Announce the implementation schedule for trading activities and related activities directly associated with trading activities according to the commitments in international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a party as follows:

a) Forms of investment and the implementation schedule for trading activities and related activities directly associated with trading activities (details in Appendix No. 01 attached hereto).

b) List of goods and the implementation schedule for export rights (details in Appendix No. 02 attached hereto).

c) List of goods and the implementation schedule for import rights (details in Appendix No. 03 attached hereto).

d) List of goods and the implementation schedule for distribution rights (details in Appendix No. 04 attached hereto).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
