ISSUING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FIELD UNDER THE TEACHER TRAINING GROUP

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 3, 2007 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 85/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
BASED ON THE ASSESSMENT RESULTS OF THE QUALITY REVIEW BOARD FOR THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FIELD UNDER THE TEACHER TRAINING GROUP ON NOVEMBER 16, 2007;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION IS THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FIELD UNDER THE TEACHER TRAINING GROUP.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE APPLIED IN UNIVERSITIES, ACADEMIES, AND COLLEGES THAT HAVE THE TASK OF TRAINING VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FIELD.
Article 3. BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS DECISION, THE DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES AND THE PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES THAT TRAIN VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL IN THE SPECIAL EDUCATION FIELD SHALL ORGANIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC CURRICULA FOR THEIR INSTITUTIONS; ORGANIZE THE COMPOSITION AND APPROVAL OF TEXTBOOKS FOR COURSES TO BE USED FORMALLY IN THEIR INSTITUTIONS BASED ON THE ASSESSMENT OF THE TEXTBOOK QUALITY REVIEW BOARD ESTABLISHED BY THE DIRECTOR OR PRINCIPAL.
Article 4. MR./MS. CHIEF OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION AND POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF THE RELEVANT UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, DIRECTORS OF UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIES, AND PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
