THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to the Legal Aid Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Decree No. 07/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 12, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Legal Aid Law;

Pursuant to Decision No. 792/QĐ-TTg dated June 23, 2008 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Planning the Network of State Legal Aid Centers and Branches of Centers for the period 2008-2010, with orientation to 2015";

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Aid Agency.

DECISION:

Article 1. Approves the Project "Training of Legal Aid Services Business Skills for the period 2008-2010, with orientation to 2015" (annexed hereto).

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Director of the Legal Aid Agency, the Head of the Office, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Financial Planning Department, the Academy of Judicial Science, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, and the Directors of State Legal Aid Centers, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
