Issuing titles and codes for population officer ranks

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health in Circular No. 3014/BYT-TCDS dated May 30, 2011 regarding the issuance of a circular on titles and codes for population officer ranks - family planning;
The Ministry of Home Affairs issues titles and codes for population officer ranks, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Titles and codes for population officer ranks include:
1. Senior Population Officer - Code: 16.304
2. Population Officer - Code: 16.305
3. College-level Population Officer - Code: 16.306
4. Intermediate-level Population Officer - Code: 16.307
5. Basic-level Population Officer - Code: 16.308
Article 2. The titles and codes for population officer ranks prescribed in this Circular shall serve as the basis for the Ministry of Health to issue vocational standards for population officer ranks.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from September 20, 2011.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular./.
