Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008 of the Government stipulating industrial zones, export processing zones and economic zones and Decree No. 164/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2013 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 29/2008/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment,
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the amendment and supplementation of Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on the operation of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone issued together with Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister which has been amended and supplemented by Decision No. 67/2014/QĐ-TTg dated December 4, 2014 of the Prime Minister.
Article 1. Amending Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on the operation of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone issued together with Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister which has been amended and supplemented by Decision No. 67/2014/QĐ-TTg dated December 4, 2014 of the Prime Minister as follows:
"1. The Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone has a total area of approximately 20,776.47 hectares including: The existing economic zone area of 20,026.47 hectares and an additional area of 750 hectares for the VSIP Nghe An Industrial Service and Urban Area.
The boundary of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone is defined: The boundary of the existing area is defined in Decision No. 67/2014/QĐ-TTg dated December 4, 2014 of the Prime Minister on amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 2 of the Regulation on the operation of the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone issued together with Decision No. 21/2010/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2010 of the Prime Minister and the boundary of the additional area of 750 hectares for the VSIP Nghe An Industrial Service and Urban Area located in Hung Chinh Commune, Vinh City and Hung Tay, Hung Dao Communes and Hung Nguen Town, Hung Nguen District.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from June 1, 2015.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
