Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2008/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated September 6, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level;
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for five trades: Urban Forestry; Agricultural and Forestry Extension; High-Tech Vegetable and Flower Technology; Aquatic Disease Prevention and Treatment; Beverage Mixing Technology as follows:
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for five trades: Urban Forestry; Agricultural and Forestry Extension; High-Tech Vegetable and Flower Technology; Aquatic Disease Prevention and Treatment; Beverage Mixing Technology to be applied to vocational college institutions, intermediate vocational institutions, universities, colleges, and public and private specialized intermediate vocational institutions that have registered to provide training for these trades (hereinafter referred to as training institutions), but it is not mandatory for foreign-invested training institutions.
1. The framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for the trade "Urban Forestry" is specified in Appendix 1 attached hereto.
2. The framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for the trade "Agricultural and Forestry Extension" is specified in Appendix 2 attached hereto.
3. The framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for the trade "High-Tech Vegetable and Flower Technology" is specified in Appendix 3 attached hereto.
4. The framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for the trade "Aquatic Disease Prevention and Treatment" is specified in Appendix 4 attached hereto.
5. The framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for vocational college level for the trade "Beverage Mixing Technology" is specified in Appendix 5 attached hereto.
Article 2. Based on the provisions of this Circular, the principals of schools that have registered to teach these occupations shall organize the construction, review, and approve the training programs of their schools.
Article 3. This Circular takes effect from May 21, 2015.
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, training institutions that have registered to provide training for intermediate vocational level and vocational college level for the five trades specified in this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for its implementation./.
