CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations on lifting equipment for marine structures

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 10, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on lifting equipment for marine structures.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulations on lifting equipment for marine structures attached hereto.
Registration number: QCVN 97: 2016/BGTVT.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 28, 2017.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Directors of Departments, Director General of Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
