Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;

At the proposal of the Director of the Standardization - Metrology - Quality Control Department;

The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to promulgate National Technical Regulation QCVN 07:2017/BQP. National technical regulation on Lightning Protection System for Ammunition Warehouses.

Article 1. Accompanying this Circular is the National technical regulation in the military and defense sector:

QCVN 07:2016/BQP, National technical regulation on Lightning Protection System for Ammunition Warehouses.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 10, 2017 and shall be uniformly implemented throughout the country.

Article 3. The Director of the Standards - Metrology - Quality Control Department, Heads of agencies and units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
