Circular No. 10/2019/TT-BTTTT promulgates the "National Technical Regulations on Electromagnetic Compatibility for Terminal and Ancillary Equipment in Mobile Communication Systems"

CIRCULAR

ISSUING THE "NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY FOR END-USER EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES IN MOBILE INFORMATION SYSTEMS"

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to the Law on Radio Frequency Spectrum dated November 23, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,

The Minister of Information and Communications issues this Circular to regulate the National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for End-User Equipment and Accessories in Mobile Information Systems.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for End-User Equipment and Accessories in Mobile Information Systems (QCVN 86:2019/BTTTT).

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular shall take effect from July 1, 2020.

2. Decision No. 02/2015/TT-BTTTT dated February 27, 2015 of the Minister of Information and Communications promulgating "National Technical Regulation on Electromagnetic Compatibility for End-User Equipment and Accessories in GSM and DCS Mobile Information Systems" shall cease to be effective from July 1, 2020.

Article 3.  The Director of the Office, Directors of Science and Technology Departments, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications, Directors of Provincial Departments of Information and Communications, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
